Do not sell or share my personal information

An installer who pays us for introductions receives your name, phone number, ZIP, and stair details after you request a quote. A few states' privacy laws label that handover a sale or share of your data. At any time, you can ask us to stop.

Opting out

Send an email to office@stairelevator.org, using "Do not sell or share" as its subject. Add the phone number you typed into the form, or the one you called from. Your request is handled within 15 working days, and we'll confirm when we've finished it. A browser with Global Privacy Control switched on opts out too, though only for itself.

What's different

Your information will no longer be sent to any new installers. If an installer already has a request you sent, we can't take it back from them, but we'll ask them to erase it. You can still read every guide and call us; we will then only connect a call if you ask us to during the call.
